EW Ministry Report from San Bernardino

On August 3 to 4, Bishop Robert was invited to minister at The Rock Church and World Outreach Center in San Bernardino, CA, with host pastors Dan and Jessica Roth. In the city known for being the target of a deadly terrorist attack in 2015, Bishop Robert ministered in worship as well as speaking a powerful and timely message on the vital importance of Israel and its connection to believers today.

Eagles’ Wings’ connection to The Rock Church stems back to our relationship with former Rock pastor Luke Cobrae, who came to Israel on the EW 2017 Millennial Pastors trip and is the son of the Rock founding pastors Jim and Deborah Cobrae. God continues to do a great work through the congregation today, and it was our privilege to partner together with Pastors Dan and Jessica and with the believers in the region.

Robert’s message in San Bernardino highlighted the importance of two key Scriptures regarding Israel: Psalm 122 and Amos 9:11-15. He spoke on how, in accordance with Biblical prophecy, God is raising up again the Tabernacle of David in Israel today, solidifying the centrality of worship and God’s everlasting covenant with His people Israel – never again to be uprooted from the Land:

“I will plant them in their land, and no longer shall they be pulled up from the land I have given them,” says the Lord your God. (Amos 9:15)

The day in which we are living is like no other that has previously come to pass. In cities like San Bernardino, God is giving His people courage to stand for the truth and to recognize and partner with the amazing things that He is doing in Israel in this hour. From east to west and around the world, the best is yet to come for those who serve the God of Israel!
