It is hard to believe, but Eagles’ Wings is nearing the completion of a remarkable milestone year in which we celebrated our 30th anniversary! For the last three decades, Eagles’ Wings has been sounding a clear and urgent call to awaken the Church to spiritual vitality and to actively support Israel.

In this new year and beyond, Eagles’ Wings will continue to be at the forefront of calling the Church to its role as a light to the world and educating and mobilizing believers around the world to stand strong for Israel.

OUR IMPACT

OUR STORY

It is estimated that there are more than 85.1 million evangelical Christians in the United States and 600 million globally. Over the past thirty years, Eagles’ Wings has focused on awakening this “sleeping giant” to reconnect to the Jewish roots of the Christian faith and, with that spiritual vitality, sounding an urgent call to stand with Israel and the Jewish people.

After three decades we have come to believe that antisemitism is a fixable problem, and the best way to fight antisemitism is to create philosemites in the global evangelical Christian community. Our strategy involves ongoing education, building relationships across diverse communities of the Judeo-Christian tradition, and engaging in advocacy and awareness to change the culture.

MOBILIZING THE CHURCH

WHERE ARE YOU CHURCH?

Eagles’ Wings has spent the last three decades sounding an alarm to the Christian community globally that we must stand with Israel and the Jewish people. Bishop Stearns has shared this message with millions around the world via television, radio, and his books No We Can’t and The Cry of Mordecai. In the aftermath of October 7th, the horrific rise of antisemitism and Jew-hatred on a global scale has made the call even more urgent.

ENGAGING PASTORS

PASTORS TRIPS

Eagles’ Wings has brought over 600 pastors from 34 states and 21 nations to Israel for a life-transforming experience. The trip has so impacted the pastors that 69% bring their congregations with them for a return trip within the next twelve to eighteen months.

PASTORS NETWORK

We are also launching the Israel Christian Nexus Pastors Network. This relational network will unite pastors and leaders in education, relationships, and advocacy on behalf of Israel and the Jewish people. Hundreds of pastors have joined, and it will soon be the largest pro-Israel pastors’ network in the United States.

STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS

Eagles’ Wings has established strategic partnerships with several large church networks and denominations. Recently, Eagles’ Wings partnered with the National Christian Hispanic Leadership Conference, the largest Hispanic/Latino Christian organization in America, to oversee all their pro-Israel initiatives. Eagles’ Wings also works closely with the Pentecostal Church of God and the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel on strategic projects to educate pastors and their congregations.

EXTENDING LOVE & SUPPORT

Since October 7th, Eagles’ Wings has been on the frontlines of the battle Israel has been facing. Bishop Stearns and Eagles’ Wings have led the global church in reaching out with care and practical support to the people of Israel in the midst of war.

Our Abraham’s Bread Feeding Centers have fed and cared for tens of thousands of soldiers that are on the frontlines, as well as providing needed supplies and household goods to some of the over 90,000 that have been displaced from their homes since October 7th. In addition to food and supplies, Eagles’ Wings has also partnered with United Hatzalah, a community-based volunteer emergency medical service (EMS) organization, providing medical equipment and supplies for first responders on the frontlines. Finally, we have provided needed equipment to atrisk communities inside Israel to allow them to properly secure and protect their properties and agriculture. Many of these communities are surrounded by hostile Arab villages and are fearful for their own lives and safety.

In 2022, Eagles’ Wings launched the “Forest of Life,” an initiative to plant over 3,000 trees in desolate parts of the Judean wilderness. The trees will provide both fruit to harvest and other natural resources to Israelis. In addition, the couple who oversee the “Forest of Life” have for the last 20 years employed at risk youth to help them learn needed skills like carpentry, animal husbandry, and horticulture to help them provide for themselves when they age out of government mandated programs. The farm is located in the very valley the prophet Hosea wrote about, “There I will give her back her vineyards, and will make the Valley of Achor a door of hope…” (Hosea 2:15, NIV).

OUR LEGACY

Twenty twenty-four (2024) marked the 30th anniversary of Eagles’ Wings. Over 200 friends, partners and leaders from around the world came together for a gala dinner to mark the occasion. With the theme “From Here to the Nations” the gala featured speeches from internationally recognized Jewish and Christian leaders, as well as video greetings from leaders from around the world including former Israeli Ambassador Gilad Erdan, Gordon Robertson of CBN, Rabbi Marc Schneier, and many more. At the gala, a beautiful 100-page tribute book was presented featuring images and stories from the last three decades.
