I’m writing you from inside a bomb shelter in Jerusalem.
The sirens are blaring again.
It’s surreal—because this is the same shelter I stood in on October 7, 2023, the day everything changed.
Today, Israel has launched Operation Rising Lion—a preemptive strike against Iran to stop a radical regime from acquiring nuclear weapons. A regime that has openly vowed to destroy Israel, the United States, and the free world.
Right now, millions of Israeli citizens are sheltering across the nation, awaiting the response.
Can you imagine? A nation brutally attacked 614 days ago… still living under the weight of war… still waiting for hostages to return from Gaza… now facing another threat of annihilation on their own soil?
Just days ago, I stood with pastors at our Abraham’s Bread Feeding Center, where Mimi, our director, shared the heroic efforts to feed displaced families and front-line soldiers.
Hours later, I joined our partners at United Hatzalah, delivering vital emergency supplies—your support in action.
Many of you have already sown into this work. But hear me clearly:
The battle for Western civilization has entered a new chapter. The Lion is roaring.
As your ambassador in Jerusalem, I am once again standing in the very place I stood with my sons on October 7th. And I am asking you now:
Stand with me.
Stand with Israel.
Stand for truth and freedom.
Stand against evil.
Let the Lion Roar.
