Join us Sunday, October 25th at 6:00 pm as Christians from the community of faith in the greater Alabama region come together for Alabama Celebrates Israel at The Rock Family Worship Center. Eagles’ Wings and The Rock will host this powerful night of solidarity with the Jewish people, and a wonderful celebration of the nation of Israel!

Israel is facing many challenges in the world right now, and the community of faith in the region will join together on Sunday, October 25th to declare our love and support for Israel and the Jewish People. Please mark your calendar right now and plan to join us for this wonderful evening!

This promises to be an exciting night, with many leaders and members of the Jewish Community present as our special guests. Speakers and guests will include representatives from Israel, as well as civic leaders from the region. The evening is free and open to the public, and a special offering will be taken for Israel.

Speakers & Special Guests
Robert Stearns is widely recognized as a visionary leader, compelling communicator, gifted strategist, and influential bridge builder. He is the founder and executive director of Eagles’ Wings, a global movement of churches, ministries, and leaders. Eagles’ Wings is involved in a variety of strategic projects around the world, with a unique emphasis on interfaith dialogue and humanitarian care. Robert’s life flows out of deep commitment to Jesus that is characterized by a distinct prophetic edge. A noted author, world-class musician, and highly sought after public speaker, his written works have been translated into 8 languages, his music is appreciated around the world, and he has ministered in over thirty nations while maintaining a distinct focus on Israel.
Rusty Nelson has been traveling and ministering since the age of 14. He and his wife Leisa met and married over 35 years ago. Rusty and Leisa moved their family to Huntsville, Alabama in 1999 to plant a multi-cultural church called The Rock Family Worship Center. Beginning with 13 people in their living room, The Rock FWC began to reach out into the community with love and compassion, and today the church has grown to five campuses reaching thousands each weekend. Their reach has expanded both locally and globally, with over 100 ministries based within the church for evangelism and outreach. They also serve as overseers of R3 Ministerial Alliance as well as serve on numerous ministry boards across the country. Their passion is to see another Great Awakening arise in this Generation and to see HIS Kingdom and HIS presence manifested throughout the earth.
Izzy Ezagui, a decorated squad commander in the Israel Defense Forces, is the only soldier in the world who lost an arm in combat and returned to the battlefield. In 2011, former President Shimon Peres awarded him one of Israel’s highest military honors. While he continues to serve in an elite unit in the reserves, Izzy delivers inspirational talks across the United States and internationally. He’s appeared on the Huffington Post, Al Jazeera America, and Fox News. The Algemeiner chose Izzy as one of 100 people positively influencing Jewish life. He also raises millions of dollars for hospitals, rehabilitation programs, and other charities, such as the Birthright Foundation. He has worked with amputee organization, schools, colleges, universities, hedge funds, and corporate events for companies such as Nike and Apple.and he has ministered in over thirty nations while maintaining a distinct focus on Israel.
There is no charge for the event. An offering will be received to feed the poor in Israel.
No childcare is provided, but older children are encouraged to attend.
