Ambassador Dayan is originally from Argentina, and he immigrated to Israel with his family 45 years ago. He has served in the high-tech business world for several decades, as well as political and diplomatic positions representing the State of Israel.
He is an Israeli political leader, entrepreneur and advocate. He served as the Chairman of the Yesha Council from 2007 to 2013. Dayan was appointed as Chief Foreign Envoy of the Yesha Council, as the only official representative of the Israeli settlement movement to the international community.
Ambassador Dayan holds a B.Sc in Economics and Computer Science from Bar Ilan University and an M.Sc in Finance from the Tel Aviv University. Juan then spent four years as an associate pastor at Victory Christian Center overseeing Missions and their Bible College.
