Stephen oversees Eagles’ Wings fundraising efforts and serves as part of the Leadership Team of Eagles’ Wings. He also ministers regularly in churches and events throughout the United States.

Veronica is the Director Of Human Resources. She also serves on the Leadership Team and helps to bring leadership to our community and is a mentor and teacher. She has served with Eagles’ Wings for almost 20 years.

Sue oversees prayer for Eagles’ Wings Ministry, and also has led hundreds of Christians to Israel each fall around the time of the Feast of Tabernacles. She leads prayer at Eagles’ Wings events, and is a dynamic teacher with a warm, personal style.

Aaron is the Staff Writer and helps to create books, curriculum, articles and more. He is a gifted worship leader and teacher, and he and his wife Kaitlin help lead Eagles’ Wings outreach to the Arab Christians in the Middle East.

Mark currently serves as director for  the EW Asia Desk strategically establishing partnerships with ministries and organization in the Far East.  For the last 15 years he and his wife Gabi have been training tomorrow’s leaders.

Gabi Passarella serves with her husband Mark at the EW Asia Desk, training new global workers to be sent into the most strategic, darkest, least-reached cities in the world.

Dena works in the Development department and helps to manage our properties. She is responsible for overseeing conferences, the Jerusalem Banquets and the Jerusalem celebration of the Day of Prayer for the Peace of Jerusalem.

Wendy has served for over two decades coordinating Robert’s schedule, and administering the various initiatives of Eagles’ Wings. She also helps coordinate the Day of Prayer for the Peace of Jerusalem in over 172 nations around the world.

Pastor Joe Green has been involved in significant Christian leadership for the past 30 years, and in the last five years has become increasingly involved in Jewish-Christian dialogue and cooperation in support of Israel.

Jacqueline serves as the Director of Social Media. She is involved with strategic social media and digital marketing and implementation for all Eagles’ Wings brands and conferences.

Kelly has been involved in ministry, missions, and non-profit work for over 18 years. She has worked with several international ministries and large non-profits.  Besides the years of experience in other organizations, she has also been a faithful partner of Eagles’ Wings for many years, and truly believes in the mission. She also brings to her role a genuine love for people, and a desire to serve and advance this global movement to bring God’s love and hope to many in Israel and around the world.

Daniela Hoffmann is involved in strengthening and expanding the work of Eagles’ Wings as Director of Eagles’ Wings Deutschland e.V. In light of recent growing antisemitism throughout Europe, the mission and work of Eagles’ Wings in Germany has become even more important, and we look forward to continuing to partner with believers in this strategic nation to mobilize support and prayer for Israel, and advance the kingdom of God.

Daniel serves as the video producer for Eagles’ Wings. He graduated from the University of Buffalo with a degree in Film and Media Production and has worked in film and photography for several years. Danny has worked with the Buffalo Film Commission and owns a photography company, “Danny Kubiak Photography”.

Ben serves as Eagles’ Wings Communications Director. He is also actively ministering as a worship leader at the Tabernacle in Orchard Park, NY. Serving at Eagles’ Wings, Ben has enjoyed traveling the world while worshiping the Lord.

Alba serves as Office Manager for the Eagles’ Wings Buffalo headquarters. In addition to her serving as part of the ministry team, she has a heart for young people and discipleship.

Amy is an Eagles’ Wings Ministry Travel Advisor for our Israel Tours. She enjoys collaboratively equipping pastors as they lead their churches step by step – up to Jerusalem. Forever changed, congregations experience the awe and wonder of being in The Land!

Matt is the CFO/Finance Director for Eagles’ Wings. With years of both banking and bookkeeping experience, he brings a keen analytical mind and attention to detail to all aspects of Eagles’ Wings finances.

Dava is an Eagles’ Wings Travel Advisor for our Israel tours. She has 30+ years of experience in ministry and serving apostolic leaders in non-profit organizations. Her love for Israel and the Jewish people was planted in her heart at a very young age. She enjoys helping others experience life-changing trips to Israel and is a true intercessor and watchman on the wall for Israel and our Nation.

Emily Boyd is a Travel Advisor with Eagles’ Wings Travel. With a love for Israel and travel and a passion for God’s heart, she has been helping to bring pastors, leaders, and their congregations to Israel for incredible adventures of a lifetime — a trip everyone must take at least once in their lives!

Emily, a Long Island native, serves as a content creator for Eagles’ Wings. She has a masters from Yeshiva University in Jewish Studies and Hebraic Thought. After going on a trip to Israel in 2019, Emily’s life was radically changed, and a calling from God to stand with Israel and the Jewish people became clear. She is heavily involved in her church and the Jewish community on Long Island.

Micah Wood is the Director of the Israel Christian Nexus. This global leaders network from Eagles’ Wings connects pastors to Israel through trip scholarships and then helps them integrate Israel into their leadership through education, relationship, and advocacy. Micah began working for Eagles’ Wings in 2024 after serving for over twenty years at the Ramp, a global youth ministry headquartered in Hamilton, Alabama.

Elle supports all departments of Eagles’ Wings by coordinating marketing and design resources and executing communication strategies. She enjoys using her experience in marketing, fundraising, and advertising to support the good work of Eagles’ Wings.
